The contact form and the optional “Want COG to follow up?” box ask for your name and email, and optionally your organization, phone number, what you need, and a message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of business inquiries. If you arrived from one of our emails, the submission may include the campaign name from the link (for example 2026-11-primes).

We record which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, which buttons and links are selected, and whether forms were started, failed validation or were sent. We never record what you type into forms. Our analytics uses no cookies. If you choose “Allow analytics”, a random identifier is kept in your browser so visits can be grouped; if you decline or ignore the banner, nothing identifying is stored. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or session recording.

Emails COG sends to professional contacts contain personalized links. If you open boogoo.ai or our capability statement from one of them, we can see that you did, so COG knows whether a follow-up would be welcome. The link contains a random code, not your name or address. Declining analytics in the banner, or using Global Privacy Control, stops this on the website. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email and you won’t hear from us again.

We don’t sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.

Website and form data is stored by our service providers Microsoft Azure (hosting), Resend (email delivery to us) and Supabase (database), in the United States. Inquiries are kept for 3 years after our last contact with you, analytics events for 13 months, and personalized-link records for 12 months. Unsubscribe requests are kept permanently (as a one-way hash) so we never contact you again.

Change your analytics choice at any time with the button below. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact Chiagozie “COG” Gbugu at cog@boogoo.ai or (832) 540-2552.
